Graphics Software Specifications for Orders of 300, 500 or 1,000 CDS/DVDS or Above
Types of files accepted:
-Quark 6 files and lower
-Illustrator 10 and lower
-InDesign
-Photoshop 7 and lower
-Pagemaker files that are saved as eps format
-We can take EPS, TIFF, AI, or PDF files as well. All of these can be uploaded to our ftp site.
-We would rather not take PDF's as they take such a long time to send to the image setter (film).
-Files can also be uploaded to our FTP server. Please call us for our FTP information.
DPI
All documents must be scanned at 300 DPI or above - this includes both images and fonts.
FONTS
Please make sure all fonts are included with the graphic file.
BAR CODES
If a bar code is required, please leave a white box on the tray card .5 inch tall x 1.5 inches wide.
CATALOG NUMBER
Please supply a catalog number on the CD face, the back page of the booklet and the tray card, such as (example) John Jones - JJ101406 - please do not add spaces and slashes to your catalog number.
TEMPLATES
These can be supplied to you upon request.
PRINT OUT
Please provide a print out of the finished product from your graphic file.
CMYK
All CD and DVD orders of 1,000 and above must be CMYK format NOT RGB.
ADDITIONAL PHOTOS, ADDITIONAL PAGES OR ADDITIONAL COLORS

Graphics Software Specifications for Orders of 200 CDs - DVDs or Below
(CD inserts 4-panels or less. Thermal print or ink-jet color printed CD Faces)
File types accepted:
-Illustrator CS or 10.0 for PC (fonts converted to outlines)
-Photoshop CS or 7.0 for PC
-EPS files, TIFF files, JPEG files, high-resolution PDF files
-Text files can be sent as TXT, Word or HTML text (none of these text files can be pasted into our programs but they can be used as reference for re-typing the text)
**Remember - If your software version is HIGHER than the ones specified above, you must save it as Backwards Compatible!
Most graphics, if done properly are large files. For the Best Quality Print possible, please submit large files on a PC compatible CD-ROM.
-Please include all images, logos, fonts, etc. for print-out reference.
-Please provide a print-out of the finished product if you have set-up the artwork yourself.
-All images must be scanned at no less than 300 DPI for optimum printing (no compression or Index Color/RGB Color format)
-When designing print for the CD Face, please request special printing specifications for thermal print.
