Customer supplied artwork:

- If you submit a FLATTENED file, be sure to remove the template before you save

- Do not embed the template into your final graphic

- Add, 1/8" bleed past all trim marks

- Paper graphics - Quantities 300 and above - CMYK files required

- Paper graphics - Quantities 200 and below - Please call concerning RGB or CMYK

- 300 DPI on all documents including images and fonts

- Make sure ALL fonts are included with each file, or rasterize your text layers

- If you are using Rich Black on the backside (inside) panels of any artwork, Rich Black is made up of:
C - 30%  M – 30%  Y – 30%  K – 100%. There is an extra fee for Rich Black.

If Swift Music of Nashville creates the artwork, please supply the following:

- Images and text information such as: photos, logos, artist name, overall title, song titles/programs, credits, thank you’s, bio and contact info.

Proofs

Customer Supplied Artwork

- A proof will be emailed to the customer from our printing department for approval before going to print.

Swift Music of Nashville Designed Artwork for Customer

- A proof will be emailed to the customer from our graphics designer and after that is approved, we also email a proof from the printing department to the customer.

Barcodes

When selling product in a retail store, etc., a barcode is a great tool to have in order to track your sales and inventory.

If you are supplying ready to print artwork, and Swift Music of Nashville is to strip in a barcode,
please leave a space in the appropriate location, .5 inch tall x 1.5 inches wide.

We also supply Barcode numbers.  Please call for details.
